Booking Appointments
We encourage all our patients to use our digital options for booking appointments. Tools like the NHS App, AskFirst, and myGP provide a quick and convenient way to manage your appointments anytime, anywhere.
AskFirst is more than just a booking tool—it’s a digital triage system designed to help you find the most appropriate care. By answering a few simple questions about your symptoms, AskFirst can provide tailored advice, direct you to self-care resources, or connect you with the right healthcare professional for your needs.
If you’re unable to use these digital services, please call us on 0208 892 1991, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Thank you for helping us streamline services and support everyone in our community!
If you cannot attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient in need.
Urgent Appointments
Every day we have on the day appointments for acute urgent problems, these appointments are available for booking from 8:30am on a first comes first basis. These appointments are available to book both via the NHS App and by calling us on 0208 892 1991.
Cancelling your appointment
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible, ideally with at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer the slot to another patient in need.
For your convenience, cancellations can be made quickly and easily via the NHS App, available 24/7. Using the app ensures a smooth process and reduces waiting times for others. If you’re unable to use the app, please call us directly to inform our team.
Thank you for helping us provide timely care for everyone.

Home Visits
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:30.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls
You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
