Booking Appointments

We encourage all our patients to use our digital options for booking appointments. Tools like the NHS App, AskFirst, and myGP provide a quick and convenient way to manage your appointments anytime, anywhere.

AskFirst is more than just a booking tool—it’s a digital triage system designed to help you find the most appropriate care. By answering a few simple questions about your symptoms, AskFirst can provide tailored advice, direct you to self-care resources, or connect you with the right healthcare professional for your needs.

If you’re unable to use these digital services, please call us on 0208 892 1991, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for helping us streamline services and support everyone in our community!

If you cannot attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient in need.

Think Pharmacy First

Think Pharmacy First

Pharmacists can provide advice on a range of conditions and suggest medicines that can help. They may also offer treatment and some prescription medicines for specific conditions without you needing to see a GP. This is called Pharmacy First.

Conditions Treated Through Pharmacy First
  • Earache (aged 1 to 17 years)
  • Impetigo (aged 1 year and over) – a contagious skin infection
  • Infected insect bites (aged 1 year and over)
  • Shingles (aged 18 years and over) – infection that causes a painful rash
  • Sinusitis (aged 12 years and over) – infection of the sinuses (behind the forehead, cheeks, and nose)
  • Sore throat (aged 5 years and over)
  • Urinary tract infections or UTIs (women aged 16 to 64 years)

Click here to fill in an assessment and self-refer online, or you can walk into your local pharmacy. The pharmacist will offer advice, treatment, or refer you to a GP or another healthcare professional if needed. Pharmacies will update your GP health record. Note: On weekends, online self-referral may take longer as the practice is closed and will not look at your assessment until we are open. For a quicker response, please visit your local pharmacy. Hub GP Services

Hub GP Services

Hub GP services provide convenient access to healthcare outside of standard GP practice hours. These services are designed to offer appointments during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, making it easier for patients to receive medical advice and treatment at times that suit them.

Staffed by experienced doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, hub services often include routine consultations, prescription renewals, minor treatments, and select nursing services.

Patients can book these appointments by contacting us over the phone on 0208 892 1991. Hub GP services are a key part of improving access to primary care in the UK.

Home Visits

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:30.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
