Physical accessibility

Here at Twickenham Park Surgery we have a lift for access to the first floor for wheelchair and pram users.

We also have a disabled toilet with a powered door which can also be used by mothers for nappy changing.

We are able to provide interpreters for patients who do not speak English but please let reception know in advance so that they can be arranged in time for your appointment.

How to make a complaint

Should you have reason to be dissatisfied with our service, please contact our Practice Manager Serena Medina by emailing us at swlicb.twickenhamparksurgery@nhs.net. She will inform you of our complaints procedure and investigate your complaint in line the with NHS complaints policy.

We are constantly striving to improve our service and welcome your feedback. A box for comments and suggestions is supplied at reception and these responses will be discussed within the practice.

Sadly, we tend to receive feedback when patients are not happy. Our staff work hard to care for you so we would be pleased to receive positive feedback if you think it is deserved. Perhaps you could drop a note into the comments box or even make an entry on the NHS website.
