Noticeboard

Please do not come into the surgery unless you have a pre-booked appointment.

On 7th October 2020, we will be moving to a new clinical computer system. The reason for this change is that our current system is old and increasingly unsuitable for the needs of the patients and practice. There will be many benefits to this change that will help us to improve the way we manage your care.

Our on-line services are now switched off and the new on-line service will be available on the website from the 8th October 2020 (New log in details will be required)

Please continue to complete the “Doctorlink” symptom checker below to access the GP and continue to email us with either:

Prescription request: swlccg.tpsprescriptions@nhs.net

All other queries: swlccg.twickenhamparksurgery@nhs.net

We will endeavour to be back to normal as soon as possible, and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding with these improvements which will benefit you as well as the practice.
