Noticeboard

Please do not come into the surgery unless you have a pre-booked appointment.

We are offering telephone consultations which must be booked via the Doctorlink symptom checker below. If, after the call, the Doctor needs to see you, they will book you for a face to face appointment. We have now moved to our new clinical system, if you require log in details please e-mail swlccg.twickenhamparksurgery@nhs.net to request.

Please continue to complete the “Doctorlink” symptom checker below to access the GP and continue to email us with either:

Prescription request: swlccg.tpsprescriptions@nhs.net

All other queries: swlccg.twickenhamparksurgery@nhs.net

We will endeavour to be back to normal as soon as possible, and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding with these improvements which will benefit you as well as the practice.
